Im a young woman who is very overweight. I have been chubby all my life, but the last 3 years I have gained alot.

3 months ago i weighed 109.8 Kilos. That is alot since I am short and should be weighing something like 60 kilos.

I managed to loose almost 10 kilos in 2 months , so now I weigh 101 kilos.

Im making small realistic goals as getting down to 60 kilos seems overwhelming from where I am now..

My first goal was to get under 100 kilos. So I am not far from that.

And then my goal will be to get to 95 kilos.

Along the way I will write about how I am getting through the process in good and bad times.

I will post a weekly weigh in too.

Hope to get some good comments along the way.
